I prefer Oki over all the others. I was pleased with myself when I successully set up wireless network printing the first time around! The only thing I dislike about laser printers in general is-- the cost of the toner cartridges and drums. Once the drums start to go. I get another Oki printer-- I think its more economical in the long run.

I'm on my 5th one that has problems. Every time I've tried to print labels, I've had some kind of problem. Error solutions are not in manual. Have spent a total of about 5 hours on the phone with tech support. I really just wanted to throw it out the door tonight. It about triples the amount of time I spend printing because I spend so much time trying to figure out why it's not doing what it suppose to. Time is money and I've already burned up more than the value of the printer just trying to get it to work right.... Get error codes all the time. Only online support I have found during their after hours makes me pay. What a freakn' headache. Won't buy oki again for sure.

By Valery Miftakhov Excellent in every respect. One minor issue is that the procedure for changing paper type in settings is far from intuitive - I almost returned my printer because it was smudging think stock paper. Only after reading some detailed manual instructions I noticed how to change settings. Should be included into a quick-start guide...
