So Far Satisfied and HappyApr 13, 2009

"Runner1483"
Bought this treadmill in January and I've been putting off writing a review until I'd used it regularly for a long period of time. I have been using this since mid-January as a way to do a running program and so far I have been very pleased with the purchase. I also reviewed many treadmills before buying this one and thought the price was within range for decent quality. I have not been disappointed at all. Assembly was not bad and I actually put it together myself so it can be done with only one person though adding the dashboard section was tricky.
When it arrived the delivery man brought it up to my apartment. I have not dealt with any customer service so I can't speak to that. There was a small nick in the belt from the trip, but based on other customers' reviews I decided that it was small enough not to worry about.
The treadmill does everything I want it to. You adjust the incline by .5% and the speed adjusts by .1 mph so you can really run/walk to your perfect pace. The clock/calorie/distance monitor accurately measures in my experience and I've been very happy with the treadmill overall. My only small complaint would be its bulkiness. I had to move it from the living room to my bedroom before I had people over and that was quite a chore. It also folds up but is not/not compact at all. I don't think I fully realized that when I bought it, probably because I was researching so many at the time that had similar specs. Also, I wish I could turn off the clock/calorie/distance monitor sometimes so I'm not watching it all the time.
But definitely satisfied and happy my $600 didn't go to waste. I'm running up to 3 miles now and I'm absolutely pleased with the purchase. :)

Great for walkingFeb 26, 2009
By The Teacher After reading quite a few reviews I was under the impression that this was a very sturdy treadmill. It has a much higher weight tolerance than most home models in this price range and a heavy duty deck. Unfortunately when I set it up at home and began running on it, I found that it's not quite a sturdy as it claimed. There is still a definite unsteady feel and it does shake. While walking it's great, the fan is a nice option but if you're a frequent runner, I would opt for something more substantial.

Fantastic ProductApr 26, 2009
By daddywags I bought this treadmill just after Christmas (08). Great price. Downside-Delivery. The delivery company would not bring it down to my basement. This sucker is heavy in the packaging. Fortunately I scooted it down the 5 stairs without injury. I bought this as an alternative to running outside. I would rather run outside, but with snow and rain here in the midwest it was great. It was a no brainer to set. I would suggest looking at the manual and the website to READ about setup. It's a basic treadmill and that's all I need. I don't need fancy-schmacy. Great comfortable platform to run on. Has two places to put MP3 players and water bottles. This product was well worth the money and it and I have been "running" ever since. Here's to ya. daddywags

T91 Horizon TreadmillApr 17, 2009

I read all of the reviews before purchasing, which may (or may not) have helped me pay attention to details that I may otherwise not have. But my purchase, delivery, assembly, and use (so far!) all went smoothly. As long as you read the details given to you in your confirmations and read the instructions carefully before assembling (I mean HELLO), you shouldn't have any problem. Shipping is threshhold only- this means they only deliver in the door, not to any room. As long as you realize this, you can be prepared. As well, the deliverer made this clear when he called to set up a delivery time. That person who wrote the review about the trouble with the oiling and centering of the belt though, she had a point. When doing this, I did have to spend some extra time centering- and I marked it before moving it just like the directions said- but it's still quite the task. After that, though, I was off and running. Okay, I walked at first b/c I wasn't sure just how good the treadmill was. But I've had it for a minute now and I run on it all the time, sometimes walking on the inclines up to 5%. And I have to say, I'm very pleased with my purchase. It's a sturdy machine (I weigh about 138 lbs). Hope this review is helpful to you. -Me.

SatisfiedJan 19, 2009
By R. Stoner All tools needed to assemvble the treadmill were packed with it and assembly was relatively easy, but some parts are heavy and awkward, so two people are needed for assembly. The product is sturdy and works well; controls are intuitive. Assemble where it will be used -- it is easy to fold for storage in the same room, but too heavy and bulky to move to another room. The price is more affordable than for treadmills of similar quality.
