5These emeralds sparkle!Feb 15, 2010
By Barbara Steinman "Cat Pillow"
I bought this to match a created emerald ring I've had for some time. It turned out that the emeralds in the bracelet have much more sparkle than the one in the ring. So while the color matches, both are a lovely green with undertones of blue, the stones in the bracelet have much more life. I wear them together anyhow, but I really like the look of the stones in the bracelet a bit better.

The stones in the bracelet are all identical, large and flawless. They are lovely. The clasp works well and the settings for the stones are well constructed so that the stones sit tightly in place and the prongs don't poke or grab my clothes. In the middle of this cold and snowy winter, it's somehow reassuring to have a little bit of spring green to look at on my wrist.

I liked the emerald one so much, I went back and purchased the same bracelet with rubies.

5Classic emerald braceletApr 27, 2012

I looked around for a long time comparing emerald bracelets and it is more difficult than I imagined to find an emerald cut emerald bracelet. So many designs include other stones or cuts. I am very pleased with this bracelet. The stones are beautiful and all the same clear dark green color. I prefer lab created emeralds to the earth grown naturals as I prefer the dark clear green instead of the milky green or inclusions so often seen with naturals. I really liked that the bracelet is 7" as my wrist is only 6 1/2" and it is hard to find bracelets that are only 7" so not having to take it to the jeweler to be sized down was a plus. It has a good side lock that stays locked. The links move freely and easily, no sticking or stiffness between links. It wears nicely and looks great on.

5Mine was a little darker green than pictured, but still 5 stars.Apr 01, 2012

The stones here were all uniform and matched as expected. The gold is sturdy and the bracelet appears as if it can take a beating without falling apart. I prefer a lobster claw hook rather than what's offered on this bracelet. The release catch on this bracelet protrudes and gets caught on various items. I'd gladly give up one or two of the stones for a lobster claw catch. As typical with these kinds of latches, I had to get needle-nose pliers to adjust the safety bail so that it would snap properly onto the mating ball.
